♦Processof production:

 

 

              1. Cut the big glasses into medium sizewith the help of machine.

              2. Pressing the galsses to make themcompact through the technical machine.

              3. Colour the glasses.

              4. Cutting the glasses into mosaicsize.

              5. Put the mosaic into 800~900°c ovenmake the corners round and make the color never fade.

              6. Put the mosaic in order and pasteup.

              7. Stick meshes on the back ofmosaic.

              8. Quality inspection.

 

 

♦Installation instructions:

1).Make sure the surface ofthe wall flat and clear.  

2).Lay the white grout on the wall evenly with the dentatetool.

    Meanwhile, while paste grout on the back of themosaic.

3).Install the mosaic sheet on the wall at the rightposition.

4).Stuff up the interstice with ideal colored grout after thewhite

    grout is completely solidified.

5).Clean the surface of mosaic tile with soft duste.
